What is Finnting?
Finnting is an independent Norwegian marketplace where cars, property, boats and thousands of second-hand finds change hands — we connect buyer and seller, and you sort out the rest directly.
The idea is simple: things you no longer need may be exactly what someone else is looking for. We bring it all together in one place, make it easy to post and easy to find, and stay out of the transaction itself.
Our markets
- Cars — from the everyday car to the dream car. Enter the registration number when you post, and we fill in make, model and model year for you.
- Property — homes for sale and to rent. Look up the address, and we fetch what we can about the property.
- Boats — everything that floats, from dinghy to sailing boat.
- Marketplace — the big, general market for everything else: furniture, clothes, electronics, sports gear, children's equipment and the rest.
- Jobs — vacancies from Norwegian employers, including official listings from NAV Arbeidsplassen. Upload your CV and let Finnting help you find the vacancies that suit you best.
What Finnting is — and is not
We are an intermediary and a meeting place. We connect people, but we are not a party to the transaction. That means:
- We handle no money — price, payment and collection are agreed directly between you.
- We do not own and do not vet the items being advertised.
- You have full control over your own conversation and agreement.
